Jake Spiegelhauer is a board-certified criminal defense attorney based in Bryan-College Station. A proud Texas A&M graduate with degrees in English and Philosophy, Jake later graduated first in his class from Baylor Law School. He then joined the firm of James & Reynolds in 2013, where he represented clients across a full range of charges—from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies—before becoming a firm partner in 2018, and then ultimately starting his own firm in 2025

Known for his thorough preparation, trial skill, and commitment, Jake thrives in the courtroom as an advocate for his clients. Outside of court, he lives in the area with his wife and two sons, where he actively supports local athletics, charities, and Texas A&M University.
